    Automation Analyst Developer (x2)

    With the consistent growth of the business we are looking to recruit two Automation Analyst Developers.  The role will be based either from client site or from the Head Office in Central London (with options for home working as appropriate). It is essential that all interested applicants are prepared to travel where our clients are.  

    The role requires flexibility in applying effort to a range of duties beyond those noted below, as is required to further the interests and success of embracent.  We very much welcome initiative in the appointed colleague as the role will be shaped and developed over time. 

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Mapping end-to-end business processes and identifying opportunities for automation 
    • Building business cases to detail Return on Investment of automation deployment 
    • Becoming Certified in Robotic Process Automation technologies
    • Designing, Testing and Launching Robotic Process Automation solutions
    • Designing, Testing and Launching Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Suite solutions 
    • Training clients on the use of Automation technologies and in Automation best practice 
    • Developing Centre-of-Excellence capabilities for our clients, helping them define and implement long-term Robotic Process Automation strategies 

     

    Required Experience

    • Experience in development in UiPath (2+ years)
    • Experience in development in Microsoft Power Platform and Azure stack 
    • Good knowledge of business modelling terminology and the aptitude to learn it 
    • Good knowledge of Business Process Modelling using mainly Microsoft Office tools 
    • Ability to grow and gain valuable experience in business process designs and facilitation 
    • Showcase good analytical and evaluating skills 
    • Development skills eg SQL, XML, Python, VBA.net
    • Strong ability to build relationships, both internally and externally with clients
    • Able to work as a team member in a highly dynamic and innovative environment 
    • Build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels / locations to ensure communication is conducive to a joined-up customer experience.

    Technical Service Delivery Manager

    The Technical Service Delivery/Project Manager will work within the Service Delivery and Project Office team, primarily focussing on delivering a high-quality service to our clients. This role is hands-on, and the successful candidate will have a technical background allowing them to assist with technical queries and escalations from the IT service desk as required.

    This varied role will manage the service desk queue, ensuring all queries are answered in line with agreed SLA’s and customers receive an exceptional experience. The role will also require the successful candidate to produce monthly reporting and lead monthly service review meetings with clients. From time to time, the successful candidate may be asked to project manage technology deliveries, such as RPA or technology implementations.

    The successful candidate will be a self-starter with an attention to detail, a drive for quality and have the ability and skills to build excellent collaborative working relationships. They will have exceptional organisational skills and be able to understand the bigger picture as well as the detail that sits beneath it.

    Previous Service Desk Management experience is essential and previous line management experience is desired (although not essential). This role will have one direct report.

    This role would suite an accomplished Junior Service Delivery Manager looking to progress their career, having come from an IT Service Desk background.

     

    Key Responsibilities

     

    • Day to day management of Service Desk queries
    • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, and leading client meetings regarding performance to ensure client satisfaction
    • Developing strategic relationships with the client, building trust and profile within the Client’s team
    • Managing the delivery of contracted services to clients to ensure that SLAs and KPIs as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded
    • Acting as the point of escalation for all IT and Service Desk queries
    • Managing the onboarding of new clients into Managed Service and associated change management
    • Supporting with IT technical queries as required
    • Responsible for the line management of one direct report
    • Project Management of technology deliveries as required

       

      Required Experience

       

      • Previous experience in a Service Delivery Management role
      • ITIL v4 knowledge and experience, Foundation certification desired
      • Extensive experience and understanding of:
        • Networking (LAN, WAN)
        • Azure cloud hosted services
        • Office365 Administration
        • SharePoint Administration
      • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical teams
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
      • Able to work within a fast-paced environment
      • Demonstrable experience of ability to work on a wide variety of tasks with tight deadlines
      • Resilient and able to remain calm and positive under pressure and when dealing with ambiguity

      PMO Coordinator

      The PMO Coordinator will be part of the central Group PMO function and work closely with the PMO Administrator, Project Managers and Chief Delivery Officer to monitor the delivery of the Group Change Portfolio by analysing, governing, and tracking the status of project/programme progress, deliverables, and milestones.

      This varied role will ensure that the embracent Governance framework is adhered to and pro-actively monitor and flag early warning signs of deviations to the agreed plans through the analysis of people, financial and change delivery information. In addition, they will provide guidance and help resolve issues across the portfolio, as well as support the maintenance and improvement of Group PMO processes and capability.

      The successful candidate will be a self-starter with attention to detail, a drive for quality and have the ability and skills to build excellent collaborative working relationships. They will have strong organisational skills and be able to understand the bigger picture as well as the detail that sits beneath it.

      Previous PMO experience is essential and previous line management experience is desired (although not essential). This role will have one direct report.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Work with Project and Programme Managers to provide proactive analysis and monitoring of all project information (reporting, plans and resource management, risk/issue/assumptions/dependency management) to ensure progress is on track
      • Work to ensure all embracent initiatives have appropriate and effective reporting and controls in place, in line with agreed governance standards.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure PMO function delivers an effective service
      • Provide support in the use of project / programme management tools and techniques
      • Work to review, develop and refine central standards and procedures, bringing new insights and best practice to establish a one stop shop with consistent tools, templates and guidance across a range of project controls and / or delivery specialisms
      • Work with the PMO Administrator to ensure processes and reporting for the following key areas are maintained, managed and where appropriate improved and applied across the business;
        • Reporting & analysis for senior level stakeholders and governance groups
        • Project governance, stage gates and quality control
        • Risks, issues and dependencies
        • Budgeting and Invoicing

        • Time sheet analysis
        • KPI metrics for reporting at a senior level
      • Responsible for the line management of one direct report
      Required Experience
      • Experience of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and project governance
      • Experience of Capacity & Resourcing Planning – able to identify bottlenecks & common pinch points and delivery conflicts across multiple projects
      • Strong analytical skills – can review MI / Data to identify trends and challenges (not just take data at face value and collate)
      • Ability to proactively identify & evaluate critical risks, issues & dependencies from status reports & meetings and capture mitigating actions and then track through to resolution
      • A confident individual who can build relationships with Senior Technology & Change Managers and challenge data inputs where required
      • Able to work within a fast-paced environment

      Technology Project Manager

      The Technology Project Manager will be part of the central Group PMO function and work closely with the Emerging Technology team in the delivery of digital solutions for embracent customers.

      The Technology Project Manager runs projects of any size in an efficient and effective manner, and is responsible for their delivery within agreed timescales, budgets and conformance to agreed requirements. 

      They are responsible for the efficient utilisation of assigned staff and any associated third parties and for ensuring that all project activities conform to embracent quality management standards and processes. 

      embracent deliver projects using a variety of technologies and as such the Project Manager may be responsible for delivery of solutions in different disciplines, such as but not limited to Digital Transformation, Robotic Process Automation and Business Intelligence.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Plans and manages assigned projects, keeping customer and senior management informed about project progress through reporting
      • Compiles and agrees the project plan with the client
      • Compiles and agrees with the client any Statements of Work in line with contractual arrangements with the client
      • Monitors progress against project plan and budget, correcting and / or escalating abnormal situations 
      • Maintains the Project Plan, with forecast completion dates and impact analysis
      • Tracks actual costs vs plan 
      • Maintains awareness of all ongoing non-trivial problems towards their solution. Ensures that project objectives are met
      • Monitors and controls all individuals allocated to the project ensuring that all project activities are carried out in accordance with the appropriate standards. 
      • Ensures Risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies are managed effectively 

      Required Experience

      • An established Project Manager with a proven track record of delivery of software implementation projects. At least 5 years’ experience in the delivery of Technology Projects
      • Experience in managing teams of more than 5 staff
      • Exposure to running full cycle Business Intelligence or Digital/technology projects and a good technical understanding and a grasp of the key elements of these projects
      • Very strong Microsoft Office skills particularly with Microsoft Project, Excel and Word
      • Prince 2 Practitioner / certified APM professional preferred
      • Experienced in Agile and Waterfall project management, ideally with direct experience and knowledge of tools including Jira, VSTS, TFS, and of methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
      • Excellent time management skills with demonstrable experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines and managing a high workload with conflicting priorities
      • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and manage a range of relationships in a complex environment
      • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening): an ability to present information concisely, to communicate in a manner applicable to all levels
      • Able to produce high quality and professional presentations
      • Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure documents are consistent in language, terminology and style
      • Flexible approach to work with a focus on delivery to deadlines and high standards
      • Some exposure to other emerging technology projects such as Robotic Process Automation, AI and Machine Learning is desirable 
      • Previous consulting experience would be beneficial
